Cutout & layout

Circle suits round bases. Square suits models with a square footprint or tight rectangular packaging.

A double tray has two mirrored halves that fold together, securing models from both sides. A single tray holds models in one open layer.

Minimum gap between the edges of adjacent cutouts. Increase if you need more material between slots for fragile or closely-packed items.
